Where the product carries a seal, it should not be broken or tampered with.

We do not accept return or replacement on dry fruits or any kind of food products.

We do not accept return or replacement of personal use products like Kayakalp (Ubtan Powder), PraanDhara (Stress Relief Rollon)

We do not accept return or replacement of Natural Itras

1.2 Replacement Only:

Naturalle True offers replacements for eligible products. We do not provide refunds.

2.3 Approval:

Once your replacement request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

2.4 Returning the Product:

Pack the product securely and send it to the address provided by our customer support team.
