  • Only products purchased directly from Naturalletrue’s official website (naturalletrue.in) are eligible for return and replacement.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all the tags intact.
  • Where the product carries a seal, it should not be broken or tampered with.
  • We do not accept return or replacement on dry fruits or any kind of food products.
  • We do not accept return or replacement of personal use products like Kayakalp (Ubtan Powder), PraanDhara (Stress Relief Rollon)
  • We do not accept return or replacement of Natural Itras 

  1.2 Replacement Only:

  • Naturalle True offers replacements for eligible products. We do not provide refunds.
  • Eligible products for replacements:
    • Solid Woolen Wraps
    • Pure Wool Sweaters
    • Woollen Caps
    • Dhoop and Agarbatti

  2. Replacement Process

  2.1 Reporting a Replacement:

  • To initiate a replacement, contact our customer support team via email at support@naturalletrue.in within 1 days from the date of delivery.
  • Clearly mention your order number, the name of the product to be replaced, and the reason for replacement in your email.
  • Please attach relevant photographs clearly showing the reason for replacement/defect.

  2.2 Verification:

  • Our customer support team will review your request and may ask for additional information or evidence, such as photographs of the product in question.

  2.3 Approval:

  • Once your replacement request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

  2.4 Returning the Product:

  • Pack the product securely and send it to the address provided by our customer support team.

  2.5 Inspection and Replacement:

  • Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  • If the product is approved for replacement, we will dispatch the replacement product at the earliest.

  3. Non-Eligible Products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
  • Products with missing tags or original packaging.

  • Customized orders are not eligible for replacement.
  • Products sold under the stock clearance sale category on the website are not eligible for replacement, returns or exchanges.
